Rachael - Very early November 2000 Anne and I have a new niece, and Bronwyn has a new baby. Rachael Evelyn Humphrey. She was born on 8th November 2000. 8 pounds 4 ounces. 20 inches. She's a strong baby, a very strong baby. Inquisitive with big eyes. Most of my photos of Rachael are taken without flash, so they will appear darker than you would expect. I don't believe in exposing a baby to a series opf bright flashes. Who knows what that will do the kid's eyesight. So I practise safe photography and try and save eyesight. Here she is, probably a week after birth. Her eyes haven't opened yet. Still sleeping. Seemed to spend most of her time asleep.
